Payment

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The registration fee covers digital seminar materials, attendance of all technical sessions, all workshops and conference proceeding.
  • The registration fee covers one participant only. Multiple authors who are attending must register separately, and those who are not presenting should register as a non-presenter.
  • A non-presenter participant receives digital seminar materials, conference proceeding, attend all technical sessions, and all workshops.
  • A receipt will be generated from the payment confirmation details after the your payment is verified.
  • Payments are nonrefundable.
  • Payments cannot be made in cash; they must be via e-billing.
  • Participants are responsible for transfer fees and bank charges.
  • At least one author for each accepted paper must register as a presenter.
  • Participants are charged based on their institution/affiliation not the nationality of the first author.
  • Participants cannot pay the conference fees before they got acceptance notification email.
