Hybrid 3D AI Specialist | Founder, Enspire Studio & ESDA | Indonesia

Andre Surya is an Indonesian Hybrid 3D AI Specialist, AI Filmmaker, and digital creative entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience in visual effects (VFX), 3D animation, game development, and artificial intelligence-driven content creation. He is the Founder and Chief Creative Director of Enspire Studio, Founder and Curriculum Director of Enspire School of Digital Art (ESDA), and Founder of NOM NOM Studio, an AI-powered intellectual property (IP) studio specializing in next-generation animation and game production. Through his leadership, he has contributed significantly to the advancement of Indonesia's digital creative industry while fostering the development of future-ready digital artists and AI creators.

Prior to establishing his own creative enterprises, Andre Surya worked as a Digital Artist at Industrial Light & Magic (ILM), one of the world's leading visual effects studios. During his tenure, he contributed to numerous internationally acclaimed blockbuster productions, including Iron Man, Iron Man 2, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Star Trek, Terminator Salvation, Rango, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, and several other Hollywood film and game projects. His extensive industry experience has provided a strong foundation for integrating traditional 3D production pipelines with emerging AI technologies.

In recent years, Andre Surya has become one of Indonesia's leading pioneers in AI-assisted filmmaking and Hybrid 3D AI production. His current work focuses on combining conventional 3D animation techniques with generative artificial intelligence to produce cinematic storytelling, digital content, and original intellectual properties. His AI-generated short films have received international recognition and multiple awards from film festivals across Europe, Asia, and North America. In addition to his creative achievements, he is an active international speaker, educator, and mentor, sharing his expertise in AI visual production, digital storytelling, and the future of creative technology through seminars, workshops, and professional training programs.

Through his interdisciplinary expertise in visual effects, animation, artificial intelligence, and creative education, Andre Surya continues to bridge the gap between traditional digital artistry and next-generation AI technologies. His work demonstrates how emerging AI tools can complement artistic creativity, professional production workflows, and human-centered storytelling while preparing the next generation of creators for the rapidly evolving digital economy.

Head of Research Group on Assessment and Learning

Dr. Syahrul Ramadhan, S.Pd., M.Pd. is a Researcher at the Research Center for Education, The Indonesian National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), Indonesia. He currently leads the Research Group on Assessment and Learning, where he conducts interdisciplinary research on educational assessment, learning innovation, digital transformation, and the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education. His work focuses on developing evidence-based educational solutions that enhance teaching quality, student learning outcomes, and policy development in Indonesian education.

Dr. Ramadhan's research interests include educational assessment, learning analytics, educational evaluation, Artificial Intelligence in Education (AIED), digital pedagogy, teacher professional development, and educational policy. His recent studies explore the application of AI technologies to support teaching and learning, the development of intelligent educational systems, and the implementation of data-driven approaches for improving educational quality. He has published scholarly works in national and international journals and actively collaborates with researchers, universities, and educational institutions on projects related to digital transformation and educational innovation.

Beyond his research activities, Dr. Ramadhan has been actively involved in numerous academic forums, professional training programs, and scientific workshops focusing on AI-assisted learning, scientific publication, educational innovation, and research capacity building. As a speaker and facilitator, he regularly shares his expertise with educators, researchers, and policymakers throughout Indonesia, promoting responsible AI adoption and evidence-based educational practices. His contributions have supported the development of innovative educational ecosystems that strengthen digital competence, assessment literacy, and future-ready learning environments.
